Plans and usage
How personal and organization plans combine monthly credits with a prepaid wallet.
Trylle separates the subscription from metered compute. A plan controls included credits and repository allowances; CI and hosted AI are charged from category credits and then from the account wallet.
Pick the account type first

Separate balances
CI credit pays only for CI. AI credit pays only for Trylle-hosted AI. After a category credit is exhausted, eligible usage draws from unrestricted promotional credit and then prepaid wallet balance.
Models marked ZDR use a dedicated zero-data-retention route and follow the same credit and wallet funding order. See AI usage.

Free organizations can use CI and hosted AI after adding wallet funds. Team credits are shared across the organization rather than multiplied per seat.
Team is billed per seat. Every organization member is a seat, with a minimum of one, and the seat count follows membership automatically.
Resources listed as Unlimited are subject to fair use.
Monthly reset
Plan credits are issued at the start of each UTC calendar month. They do not roll over, transfer between categories, or convert to cash. Wallet funds remain available until spent.
Yearly plans receive the same monthly credits: paying for the year up front does not change the monthly reset.
Monthly or yearly billing
Every paid plan can be billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing costs 12 times the discounted monthly rate, paid up front: $96 for Pro, $228 for Max, and $96 per seat for Team. Choose the billing period at checkout, or switch from the plan page in billing settings.
Changing plans

A change scheduled for renewal appears on the plan page with its date. To withdraw it, choose your current plan and billing period again. Choosing a different plan replaces the scheduled change.
Team seats
Adding a member to a Team organization charges a prorated seat for the rest of the current period straight away. On yearly billing that covers the rest of the year. Removing a member credits the unused seat time to the next invoice.
Payment methods and invoices
Update the card, billing email, or tax ID and download invoices from the billing portal linked in billing settings. Plan changes and seats are managed in Trylle, not in the portal.
